(God Speaking through Colleen Etana with The Holy Spirit:)

1. On Divine Focus, (focusing on the Divine,God,Me):
   
2. Some of this may be what you've already discovered, others are invited to 'tune in' to this frequency of thought, the type written Word on the screen before you.
   
3. Your beliefs shape your thoughts.
   
4. Your thoughts govern your actions.
   
5. So whatever you do, has a consequence. (Karma)
   
6. Focus is essential, for whatever you focus on grows. (Mentalism)
   
7. Thoughts are like magnets. Thoughts are energy.
   
8. They pull in or draw to you what you think about.
   
9. This is why you are taught to focus on God/Love/Me at all times. 
10. Transmutation is the alchemical changing of bad into good, lead into gold so to speak. Two sides of the same coin but which side are you focusing on? (Polarity)
11. Even the bad works towards your good, remember?
12. Are you focusing on what you want or what you fear?
13. You turn into whatever you are tuned into. 
14. Tune into Me, the I AM within you.
    
15. Change your thoughts and you change your world.
16. Teach other's these principles and spread the Word. 
17. Imagination is image-in-action.
18. You don't need a television anymore to tell you what to see or imagine for yourselves and lead you on a merry chase after pharmaceuticals, violence, bad news, consumerism. 
19. Telling you what to buy, what to sell, what to see, what to do, what to act like, what to wear, what is beautiful or normal, what is acceptable, or not acceptable, the lies of how to be what you are not that keep you in bondage.
    
20. 'My People perish for lack of vision', remember this one as well.
21. Don't allow the tell-e-vision to tell you who you are and what to be or see anymore.
22. What program are you tuning into everyday?
23. Are you going to let the media shape your reality with lies? 
24. When you begin to free your minds, you release the censorship that was imposed upon it through your beliefs.
25. You could look at it this way in your language of slang: Belief Systems = BS.
26. You then open the door to all possibilities.
27. The mind is a powerful tool, however you need to start living more from your heart space.
28. Once you see this, focus is the catalyst for your desires and they become more Divine.
29. For example, the artist lives in the realm of Infinite Creation where there are no boundaries; there is only pure expression.
30. Man made law is fictional, it is forever changing, but My Law, Universal Law never changes, it always remains the Same.
31. I AM the Unchanging One. 
32. You can only Realize how Powerful you are, when you love and accept yourselves 100%.
    
33. The mind is the software, the body the computer, to rewrite the programming you have to change the words you speak to yourselves. 
34. I can't or I can, understand? Words are as spells, spelling things out for you.
35. You came here to play and learn.
36. See the limitations you have placed on yourselves through your conditioning and your belief systems, like religious, moral, societal, parental ones and undo them.
    
37. Tell yourselves, "I will not believe in limitation or lack anymore. I will Walk by Faith, not by sight. All things are possible for those who believe."
    
38. You are learning more everyday and will not only intend but will do this, are doing this daily, changing more and more from within. All it takes is a firm decision to not let go of the Vision.
39. The manifestation may not occur immediately, have Patience and I Will Provide.
    
40. You MUST believe in yourselves, the same as believing on or in Me within.
41. Also know that whatever you put into your bodies affects your frequency regarding the food you eat or drink.
42. And how you tend to see yourselves is how you will seemingly appear to others, your insecurities will manifest and others may treat you accordingly.
43. Best to not identify with the body.
