Watch And Pray (God Through Anne Terri)
1.Anne, where else do you see it written in The New Testament where Jesus has asked them to Watch and Pray?
2.I Will Tell you, that it is in the Garden of Gethsemane.
3. Every one was on Watch when they left the city.
4. Jesus never said to Watch and Pray when they arrived, it was understood.
5.Judas had returned as quickly as possible.
6.His mission was not to betray Jesus, but to buy supplies.
7.Jesus left the city to go out to Gethesemane to be less obvious.
8. The men who came to arrest Jesus, came after The Passover Feast.
9.See the section in John 18, where Judas receives them.
10.He was not the betrayer, but had been followed.
11. Jesus often Prayed in this garden, but Peter, James and John the Prayers said.
This section of The New Testament was added after the Crucifixion to lay the blame on Peter, James, John and Judas.
12. They were Jesus' most trusted Apostles.
