Christmas 2007

Tolerance And Respect For Traditions And Symbols of All Religions Star of David A discussion with a Spirit from Heaven has prompted this lesson due to everything happening in the world. It brought back many memories of Christmases past.
There are many symbols that represent the Religions of the world. Many of them have chosen symbols for their Temples. Some wish not to have a symbol prominently displayed. In fact, for some, even the mention of The Creator is not allowed. Intolerance over symbolism is causing many problems. I can tell you that Jesus, is not pleased with the Cross.
We know Jesus' original faith, but the Base Is God Himself. This is what he was trying to teach us. In the origin of Religion, there were many Gods. In the Holy Bible we learned of God's Feelings on the golden calf.
As a child, I lived in a community of many Religions. This allowed me to see who Jesus really is.
In error, my Mother placed Christmas lights in our windows, along with Hanukkah lights, known as the Menorah. What a wonderful display of light this was for us.
I had many Jewish friends who came to see our Christmas Tree. After learning more of the traditions of Hanukkah, through school friendships and cultural tolerance, I learned to sing a song about a toy Dradel. I wished to have a Dradel, a four sided spinning top with letters on each side. It's usually filled with chocolate candy, known as gelt.
With this post, I'm a mixture of Religions in my heart. And in the future, with God's Help, I hope to become more worldly, and embrace many more. ''AMEN''
