1.When you find a bird outdoors, no matter how tame, it may have been exposed to various diseases carried by wild birds.
2.Many birds who live in the wild become immune to these diseases.
3.Your indoor birds are not.
4.They live in a sheltered environment, you have provided for them.
5.So when you find an outdoor bird, do not to bring them into your aviary.
6.This is not about quarantine.

Carlo Received a gift from Me, in the way of a Vision. He found himself surrounded by birds in a park like setting. He saw a green parrot, which he beaconed to, by holding his hand out flat. The parrot came to him, and sat in his hand. Carlo brought the bird to Anne, and he wanted to place it amongst his other birds, in an aviary. Anne was concerned that the parrot could pass diseases to the indoor birds. Carlo felt it would be no problem, for the bird he held was tame. Carlo also remembered how soft the bird's feathers were, and he told Anne it reminded him of an Electus Parrot.
