No, it is not 'Free Willy', and I Can Assure you this whale does not need water.
Our precious friends are trying to tell us something. Did you know that humans can understand the speech of whales? They can you know, if you go to The New Enchanted Forest.
There was once a whale who swallowed a fisherman. You can not see it, but he is in the belly of the whale. I Am Not Speaking of Jonah. This is another Bible Story.
Do you know how to free Willy the whale? You take him out of the area near the old pond, where he was loosing his paint, and you put him in a new home. See? There he is.
The man in his tummy used to laugh if you tickled him under the chin. I wonder if he still does?
