1.You have seen a turn around in Numbers 35. 2.They are going to have a difficult time judging each other this way. 3.The refuge will protect themselves, both from the murderers, and the murderers from revenge killing. 4.Thou Shalt Not Kill, in the land where I Dwell. 5.That puts an end to war, on their land, for it defiles the land when blood is spilt. 6.
