"January 9, 2014 God's Living Bible - The Third Testament - God's New Revelations - The Gospel of Messiah and Apostle Rev Colleen Etana - Questions to God From Messiah and Apostle Rev Colleen Etana - The Meek Shall Inherit The Earth?
God Working with Colleen Etana through The Holy Spirit:
Father,
Could it be said or understood, that the meek inheriting the earth might possibly relate to the attainment of heaven and heavenly bodies?
For then we can come only in spirit and enjoy it from that dimension without suffering?
“God Through Anne Terri With The Holy Spirit: The Beatitudes. Anne asked a similar question in 2009, to which Jesus replied.
There are several lines within which in translation from the original are confusing. Especially Blessed are the poor in spirit; for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. It should read Blessed are the poor .... AMEN”
Matthew 5:1-11 The Beatitudes – According To Matthew
1: And seeing the multitudes, he went up into a mountain: and when he was set, his disciples came unto him:
2: And he opened his mouth, and taught them, saying,
3: Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
4: Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted.
5: Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth.
6: Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.
7: Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy.
8: Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.
9: Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.
10: Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
11: Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.
Anne Terri's Question: On The Meek Inheriting The Earth (Matt 5:5)
Is this possible, especially with the greed rampant not only in Jesus' time, but also in our own time, 2009? With God, anything is possible. However, our goal should be to inherit the chance to be a part of the Kingdom Of Heaven, as a reward for following God's Will and Commandments. Therefore, I am also curious if this to was a good translation?
