Apostle Sarah Faith - Question to God About Stress on the Job:
Hi Big Guy,
I'm just wondering what has happened to the company I work for? It is to the point where every shift completely wipes you out; no one there wants to be there anymore. We are all miserable and the owners just keep changing it, and with every change it just gets worse.
I miss the way it was before they changed everything. The company I work for makes plenty of money. How can they be so greedy?
Is there anything I could do to fix this situation at my store? We all just want it to get better. It's hard to spend 5 days out of 7 -every week- at such a terrible, stressful environment.

She calls Me The Big Guy, and I find this Delightful. 'Why?' you may ask. Sarah Believes I Speak to her Mother, and that I Am approachable, not the God of the Old Testament Who everyone was afraid of.
3. Sarah, you have been away from the Internet for a long time and see now, how God's Living Bible - The Third Testament has grown.
4. You have witnessed much abuse in your life, but never thought of working for your large store as abusive, until recently, when you were promoted to management.
5. The original owner began his dream in 1950, during a resurgence of hope in America. He purchased a small 5&10 cents store in Arkansas, giving a mountain town the birth of a store which would become one of the largest retail outlets in history.
6. In 1950 America, hopes and dreams were possible, for as with Mr. W and with Walt Disney, they would be at the helm with their hearts running everything.
7. Now, 66 years later, these original dreams have become victims of expansion, and the original owners have passed on, meaning the heart is no long there, and many corporations are top heavy with Greed.
8. However, the store you remember fondly still managed to keep the heart and the big Smile at the forefront.
9. The Economy now is broken; large corporations are suffering from rapid growth and are downsizing.
10. Huge Banks are in control of everything, after having tempted those with little cash to spend spend spend, using a plastic card which could never possibly be paid off due to high interest rates
11. Now the money is in the hands of those who care not about anything but getting richer, while the poor suffer, unable to pay for necessities, due to the exorbitant cost of living.
12. Your store was one that people could count on to find a good bargain, but now the competition is stiff.
13. Now, top management which has no heart, are rolling heads without mercy. This way of training through fear is abusive. Where you work, everyone is afraid of being fired for even the slightest infraction. Your management has been trained to lead without feelings, and they too are under stress and in danger of the chopping block.
14. An impatient customer has the power to get a hard worker fired, and with the stresses this worker may overreact in anger to the customer's impatience.
14. Management under stress, is like a virus or plague which infiltrates right down to the smallest position in your store.
15. You want to help, and they need to allow you to do this.
16. I Know you are sometimes understaffed, but this does not give them permission to turn their employees in to basket-cases.
a. Treat every situation with Love, and an Inner Peace you need to achieve for yourselves.
b. Nothing is more important then the one who is standing before you, in need of service, a pat on the back, a smile,
or assistance with a problem.
c. Customers who lash out are also under stress for many reasons you cannot possibly know, thus remembering I Am everywhere, and treat
them as you would Me, with compassion and understanding that they too are suffering, also remember to give that smile.
d. Never use anger against anger, evil against evil, or stress against stress, for there is no excuse for being mean.
e. Take time to breathe; even if you are short staffed, slow down a bit. Practice this method when walking from one place to another, and ask Me to help you.
Count your steps, and when you reach 100 stop a second and breathe for 10 counts. If you had a pedometer on yourself, you would be surprised how many miles you have walked in a day.
f. You are only one person, and remember you are Blessed with a job when many cannot find work.
g. Always Bring Me, your God with you to work. Do not forget Me
