1. I Have Asked you to Document Through Me, Carlo Ferdinando's early Morning Rainbow over the Sea, on the opposite side of the Atlantic from where Hurricane Irene had just arrived in Maryland and post his video and photograph with My Transcript.
2. What does this rainbow mean, in My Perfect Timing?
3. Carlo felt strongly this morning, he must leave early before breakfast to go out, and I also Prompted that he take his video camera with him.

Tonight, I Heard Anne and Carlo speak of rainbows. While they made dinner, I Told Carlo to go to the terrace, and there My Rainbow awaited him. Photos were taken.

6. Today, Carlo had one more decision to make, for he had to choose between a dune walk or a walk on the beach amongst several storms which were plaguing the area.
7. Through Me, Carlo chose the sea, and then he was very thankful to see the lightly colored, half rainbow, which touched the point of the dune to his left, and disappeared behind the clouds.
8. Just then, he took another video of the rain which was cascading down in the distance against the horizon, between the sea and the sky.
9. After this event, a good sized, clearly ark-ed, bright rainbow appeared to dip into the sea, and end in the neighboring village of De Haan.
10. Yes this is a Miracle of My Perfect Timing.
11. This does not go with a covenant, but I Want Carlo to accept this a My Gift, for I Want Carlo and Anne to get more exercise.
