Some advice and suggestions. Please feel free to share and save this post for it contains much information that can assist you.
Many of you are having a difficult time with balancing your energies.
Low energy, stress, worry, fear, pain, negative thoughts.
If you will actually apply these techniques several times throughout your week and some on a continual daily basis they WILL help. If you don't, it will not change.
You must do something different for change to actually occur. Wishing and thinking about it only will not do the trick I'm afraid.
I cannot tell you how many times We make suggestions for them not to be taken seriously and actually applied. People ask for help yet will not take the advice given and actually ACT upon it. Perhaps they procrastinate and then forget.
Your diet makes a huge difference. Are you eating junk food, fast food, processed foods, sugar, drinking soda pop and lots of caffeine or energy drinks often or everyday??? Are you getting enough vitamins, minerals and trace elements in your diet?
Are you watching only violence or negative shows on television? What you focus on affects your thought patterns, brain waves and energy vibration immensely.
Could you be eating food groups in the wrong combinations? Such as milk with meat, which cause toxicity? Research the wrong combinations of different foods for your digestive system and learn what not to do.
Once in awhile is fine but not a steady diet of these things. They affect your mind and energy more than many take seriously. If you're not willing to give up what's bad for you what can be done?
To cleanse the energy bodies, take hot Epsom Salts baths twice a week. Not only does this help cleanse your aura but it adds magnesium to your physical body which in most of you is 'sorely' needed.
Are you using harsh chemicals without the proper protection such as rubber gloves or face masks?
Though there are many other natural products that are much safer of course. Baking soda and plain salt can clean a bathtub and leave no residue for your largest organ which is your skin, to absorb.
(Your bodies could be absolutely toxic yet maybe you have not thought of these things.)
I would highly suggest finding out and using healthy alternatives and this will take changing your habits some, but your family's health depends upon it. It's up to you.
Don't shrug it off because you aren't reacting severely right now, you have no idea of the long term effects of these things after awhile. And many wonder why they are sick and can't put their fingers on it.
Cleansing the energy in your home is truly important and should not be neglected.
When one thinks of balance, think earth, air, fire, water, and ether but as subtle energies. For you are made up of all these basic elements, subatomic particles, atoms and so on.
(By the way, the elements represent qualities, not physical matter and they really relate to qualities of matter and energy.
Space represents expansiveness; air represents mobility; fire represents temperature; water represents fluidity; earth represents solidity.)
You may however think of it this way too and use these tools:
Earth - himalayan pink sea salt, celtic gray sea salt, epsom salt = earth = minerals and trace elements. Eat lots of vegetables, fruits, proteins, herbs, good fats, etc, in the right combinations of course. We are made of the 'dust of the earth' remember?
Walk barefoot on the earth everyday for at least 15 minutes, as this connects your body's electromagnetic field with the earth's electromagnetic field, stimulates many pressure points in the bottom of your feet, and even discharges too much positive energy as well. It is grounding.
For those with limitations, do only what is possible for you to do of course.
Air - Conscious breathing oxygenates your cells and detoxifies you, (many walk around so tense they don't realize they are not breathing deeply or may even be holding their breath somewhat.) Breath in Peace, breathe out stress.
Using certain incense in the home several times a week, especially Sandalwood, Frankincense and Myrrh or Sage, purifies the home of negative energy.
Houseplants purify the air as well. Open the windows and shades to let fresh air and sunlight in for awhile everyday for whatever amount of time you choose.
Fire - Lighting some candles not only provides a comforting and beautiful atmosphere but purifies energy. I probably should mentioned using soy or beeswax candles.
Water - Spiritual cleansing baths, (Epsom Salts), and consuming lots of good drinking water. Water is grounding and staying properly hydrated extremely important. I cannot stress this enough.
Ether/Spirit/Consciousness - Has much to do with sound. (The Word). Playing Tibetan Bell Sounds in your home cleanses the energy all around you and also within you. Making the sound of 'OM' will also help your whole body, try this and you will feel it.
Remember to practice at least some meditation and/or prayer in solitude everyday and this will help to silence the mind and do much to heal you in many other ways as well. Spirit, Mind and Body.
Neglect one and you will become unbalanced.
The reason we do not have spiritual growth now and the reason we do not know our Innermost now is because we do not know the elements, and we do not know the Spirit. We are in a deep state of ignorance. So we have a lot to learn.
