"April 30, 2013 God's Living Bible - The Third Testament - God's New Revelations - The Gospel of Apostle Rev Colleen Etana
(God Working With Apostle Rev Colleen Etana)
I was wondering about this boy I am getting ready to send seeds and clothing to.
His name is Barihama and he lives in India. For some reason I get a strange feeling that he could be "playing me". I hate to be suspicious but there are many that do this to take advantage of helpful people like me.
I asked this boy once how he was able to get on the internet if they were starving as he says. He keeps repeating and calling me 'mommy' and it has the ring of deception to my ears.
I know that trust cannot be freely given in this kind of world, with the way it is now and must be earned.
I used to send donations a long time ago to tv ministries with 'a grain of salt' and pray to You that even if 'they' didn't do the right things with my money, at least You would see which 'spirit' my seed was sown in.
It was a fiasco when my younger brother Eric and I took in 11 homeless people for a few months to help them.
They stole, lied, had no respect and were truly ungrateful and were filthy with the way they wouldn't take care of their personal hygiene and living quarters even when encouraged in those directions gently and kindly.
How are we to try to help people that are destitute without them putting us in the poor house too when Jesus is 'supposed' to have said something to the effect, that if someone asks for your cloak, give them your other cloak also?
And to give without expecting in return. If we were to do this, we would end up with nothing because these people who take and take would put us on the street also. Its ridiculous. How do we choose who to help and who not to?
What a quandry!
"God Through Anne Terri With The Holy Spirit:
Many charitable organizations enhance the films and photographs of the suffering children. For example, when you place sugar or honey upon their faces, flies come, and not wiping their faces before filming and showing them in torn, dirty clothing makes them look in dire need. Some use the same photo and sell the child over and over to receive monthly benefits on behalf of the child. Unfortunately this makes it difficult for legitimate charity work.
Taking in the homeless, as you know can become an insurmountable task, especially when not appreciated. Forgive them, and move on. Jesus never said helping others would be easy. Anne knew one such homeless person, and often gave him money. He truly lived on the streets, but I cautioned her from inviting him into her home. He was most grateful, but those who are on drugs, and perhaps alcoholics will steal you blind. Many are not used to being treated with kindness, and bit the hand that feeds them. They are survivalists, and usually think first of themselves. Better your new project, which you are working upon.
Be careful, especially if you receive a letter in your email of a person who is in need of money and so on. These are scams.
How you met the child is the answer to your own question. Know also, these people sometimes frequent sites, and come to those who might care with a sob story, worked out in advance. They may have more then one sponsor. In addition, may not be contacting you in public, but through private messages.
I Still Want it written within your Gospel all you are doing to help others. Never send cash, or money to this person. Allow him to know you are working with God Personally, and that God Knows his True needs and is Watching over him. See if he will respond to such. Seeds and clothing, may not even make it through customs. Seeds are often a problem, in terms of possibly carrying critters not wanted in another area.
Apostle Reverend Colleen Etana, your money is tight, and I Know what you have done for others and are doing. Focus locally; for unless you work through a Mission Service in another country, hands on, one on one, in a place such as Africa, you can not see what is happening. Do you understand? This is the only way to see your work doing some good. Work one on one on your own ranch project, and do not make this as a permanent shelter. You do not have the funds to handle something on this level. Donations do not arrive overnight. Times have changed.
AMEN"
