The economy of the world needs My Help. There are issues related to this, which have filtered down to the consumer; and those who are also part of the work force in consumer related services. What has happened? We Will Share here, some work related situations. *Names, store and locations have been changed to protect the suppressed and the innocent. An ongoing conversation early this morning, involving Myself, Anne and her daughter - Apostle Sarah Faith, will Answer some of these questions. When We Arrived to work online, Sarah was still awake at 3 AM, after a trying day at work. She is not the only one who is in this situation. With her permission I Share this with you. Remember, Sarah calls Me the Big Guy.

This note is for the Big Guy. OK, as You Know the situation at *Store* has become dreadful. A lot of the associates there miss the way it was when *Mr.W was still here. A long time employee mentioned - while in the break room - that 'the first Easter *Store*was open was the spring after his wife had passed on.'
Corporate is now more focused on the dollar than its employees. *Mr.W was more about the family and employees, which in turn made customers happy because the workers were happy.
When I came to the company it was right when things started to change, shortly after his death. The new owners basically ruined everything we loved about *Store*. Working there used to enjoyable. They had a lot of events, company picnics, holiday parties; they even had a big celebration on the anniversary of the store every year. They were closed Easter, Christmas, and Thanksgiving. Sundays were early days, closed at 7 or 8. Other holidays, they closed early like on the 4th of July, so employees could go see the fireworks. Now nothing.
What I was hoping for was that maybe You could let *Mr. W know how bad it has gotten and hopefully get him to reach his next of kin to maybe convince them to go back to the old *Store* that everyone misses. If we could just get another *Mr.W in corporate, it could solve a lot of problems. Wejust want the *new logo to leave and the *Happy logo, along with the old *Store* back. Please tell *Mr.W this message, HELP!! Other than that I'm beat, and hi mom love you, and You also Big Guy,

First, I Ask of you your permission to have this placed in God's Lessons For Living - Economy section in the name of Apostle Sarah Faith. Your entire message shall be Given to *Mr.W, by Me Personally. He does not have the Power to do a ghost like visit to family and corporate, but I Have The Power to Intercede with Dreams and Visions where he will be represented as part of these. This will not happen overnight, but they will know he is Firmly Asking for a change back to the way it was.. Know that the *Store* is not the only corporation in this sinking ship. If the employees of such places are miserable, imagine how the customers are also feeling, those who shopped there in the past. We Begin with your *Store*, and will continue with others through those who have gone on to Heaven's Dimensions in the same way. There are many such corporations. Have Faith. Let your Mom know your answer to this ...

Happy Mother's Day Mom. Sorry, it's been a rough weekend, and to the Big Guy, yes You have my permission to do whatever is necessary to get this problem fixed. I trust You.
Tonight was another bad one. The minute I got to work my support MGR informs me that our closing garden center associate has called out and that I had to send one of my cashiers atsix to cover it. Then when I get up front to look at my schedule, I find that we again have no closer on the service desk. And I have to loose another cashier to that. Mind you we had little to work with as it was. Then I'm trying to plan ahead to make this work. The one I had on my sheet to send over at that time, I find out her schedule has changed and was not coming in, so I'm thinking now what?
Then my support MGR informs me that he only has four guys in the back to handle the department in the back, which they call the cap team. So guess what? They needed another one of my cashiers. So at this point, I and theAsst. MGRS are fed up. My Asst. MGR over the front end is asking me what I'm gonna do. I said 'if I have to I will shut down the service desk.' I tried to avoid it but at about eight, we got real busy and it was me and only one other cashier.
I was on register and they are trying to call me to jewelry to wait on a customer because the jewelry associate was on lunch. I'm up front with the keys and I'm calling for another MGR to get the keys from me because I was stuck. Finally, I call over to the service desk from the register and tell them to 'shut off the light, and to come over and ring register'.
Oh let's not forget, that one of our cashiers was fired tonight for missing time- not his fault though- he works another job and they wouldn't work with him on the schedule. So he was late a lot because of his other job.
They have started a new attendance policy, which means should you be more than 9 minutes late for a shift, it counts as a half an absence.
New employees are allowed only four in six months; others
nine in four months. An employee - the other day- told
me that she was stuck in traffic because of an accident on her way to work, and that was not excused, and it counted against her. Another employee was recently in a car accident. When she came in tonight she was on crutches, and they tried to tell her that she couldn't use them without a doctors note.
That is so messed up; it's really bad. One CSM is ready to quit and another wants to step down. One was fired a couple weeks ago and is yet to be replaced.
Several Department MGRS and others have either transferred or quit. I've even heard some Asst. MGRS talking about leaving. It's really getting bad, and what I described to You is a typical day at work.
Show this to *Mr.W too. The sooner he gets involved the better. This company that he started with love is gonna run itself into the ground because of greed. we are all so exhausted with this every day environment.
It's a wonder I still have my sanity.

Now that I have management's attention. You witnessed that most of them are confused and frustrated, and see that nothing is fair.
I Applaud you for handling a very difficult situation last night. You have not power to hire or fire; be Thankful for this.
You realize corporate is not handling anything with compassion.
First, their managers at the *Store* have not been given the correct knowledge to handle the job properly, in the way *Mr.W would want it.
A strong example is how the situation was handled, and what was said to the young lady on crutches.
You did your best, and I Knew you would. We have Spoken often in how to work both with customers and employees, even in the most difficult of situations.
To do this, you need to remember as I Taught you, to treat everyone with kindness, Love and Compassion,
remembering that I Am With you, be the Best you can be.
Never bring anger to anyone and learn to keep your own frustration down.
This way, you can learn to handle even the worst situation fairly, and without anxiety.
Lead by example, for now you are a part of early management.
Change begins with you, from within.
Few jobs exist where you live, for it is a very depressed area.
Now instead of being a part of the problem, be a part of the solution, by helping the others to understand what you are planning to do.
Be one who the new employees can learn from and look up to, for with this, they will find a better work environment when they arrive.
