1. 'Today I come across a situation at one of the registers, just in time to find a customer crying; the cashier trying to comfort her and a little baby in the cart.
2. Her food stamp card wasn't going thru - it had a 0 balance - even though it should have had money on it today.
3. I saw the baby formula she was trying to get for her baby, among a few other things -I'm sure she needed - which was only about 24 dollars worth of stuff.
4. So I went to my locker and got my credit card and payed for her order.
5. I didn't have the heart to send her home with out the baby food she desperately needed.
6. It's sad the companies out there that make all these baby things have cranked the price up so high, that the average mother cant afford it, another example of greedy companies seeing dollar signs.
7. I just wanted to mention it; it's another huge problem in this world.
8. I'm not a mother, but I can't stand to see a mother going thru such hell, just to get the basic necessities for their baby.'
